4.1 magnitude quake strikes in South Carolina
Central South Carolina was hit with an earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale on Feb. 14. The quake had a depth of about 3 miles. The earthquake was the largest one South Carolina has seen since 2002, but no injuries or damage were reported.impact, currency, proximity
At Reed College in Oregon, two students lost control of a massive snowball which rolled into a dorm building and knocked down part of the wall. The students did not cause the damage intentionally, and are not being disciplined. The Snowball was said to have weighed close to 800 pounds and caused thousands of dollars in damage.
